Terrible...
I didn't get to train AT ALL, last week!! NADA... zipp!!!
My schedule was so crazy until I couldn't even spare an hour. My only workout (other that running around like a madman), was a bicycle ride yesterday morning at Putrajaya! My first bike ride in what... 6 months??
It was a short easy ride, about 45 minutes to an hour (I accidentally reset my computer), for about 18k.
Running: 0km!!!
Will resume training this week!
