Reboot..
I'll just come out clean..
I'm so out of shape, man... figuratively (and literally also lah.. dammit). It's really my all time fitness low. Couldn't sustain a run for more than 30 - 45 minutes without having to run/walk. Really bad.. and also my blardy belly coming back! SH*T!
Now I'm trying to restart back again.. suffer a bit lah! Bugga...
What to do?
